Great value

We had an excellent stay. The room was superb and clean, the staff welcoming, happy and accommodating and the breakfast choice was superb. The barista made coffee every morning was most welcome. The well stocked ’ galley’ to make hot drinks was a lovely touch too. We had a really memorable stay, the staff were so lovely too.

The hotel itself was a stylish, fun place to stay. The location was very good for tourists looking for all the must see / do locations. The self serve coffee / tea room on each floor was a nice touch. The cons were that the check in seemed to be unnecessarily complicated and the lighting in the room was very difficult to navigate . . . I'm a lighting freak. I could only figure out (after some time clicking the many different gadgets) very dim or sun tan fulll on bright. Overall, fun is the best description.

Bed was supper comfy and the ac was amazing!! (We came in a bit of a heat wavy)staff was very friendly!!

It was ok. A little overpriced for what we received. Bell person would be good considering you have to walk to park, refrigerator or at least an ice machine on each floor would be nice. We couldn't connect to player like you're supposed to.And the guitar in the amp in the room was lame. Tourist trap by all means but what do you expect from an IHG hotel. Saying all that the bed was comfortable shower. A little weird dealt with it. I wouldn't stay there again.

Great location! We were greeted by Claudia and she was a wealth of information, very professional and after our long flight arriving at 2;30am. We didnt have the breakfast option as we didnt really want a big breakfast. There was a great little coffee shop around the corner Oxmantown. We had the pizza and drinks at the hotel in the evening very good. Biang Biang noodles just around the corner very good. We would definitely stay here again. Very clean and modern hotel. Super quiet you would never know you were staying in the City. The location is walking distance to everything and it was nice to come back to our room and have a good night sleep.

Maybe having a kettle in your room and and iron? The rooms were quite snug -shower and toilet side by side .not ideal ? Position ok ,short walk to centre , if getting back to hotel not too late it's fine , as later in evening a few dodgy characters around . But modern ,clean, polite and helpful staff.
