This hotel is highly recommended. I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel grounds are clean and comfortable, and there's a swimming pool, though I didn't get to try it due to time constraints. The food is also quite tasty, with a wide variety. The room was clean, and the 53-inch TV was quite large, with Google TV, which was very enjoyable. There are also massage chairs available for a fee. Awesome!

This hotel is highly not recommended for those in the Jambi area. The food and service are very poor. Security is also unresponsive when asked for assistance. The rooms are also not as requested. When complaints are made, the receptionist is often argumentative and doesn't provide satisfactory answers.

The service is the best, not disappointed with this hotel.

It was a pleasure staying here. I had a junior suite. The room was spacious, clean, and smelled great. There was a small refrigerator, a hairdryer, cool air conditioning, and working hot water. I have no complaints at all. The hotel staff was also friendly and very helpful. I ordered food several times and they always called and reminded me when it had arrived.

The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly. I've never regretted staying here.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable, I've stayed here twice and would definitely come back again. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi is a bit slow, probably due to the large crowds. There's an indoor pool so the kids don't get too hot swimming, but the water is cold 😄

The staff is friendly, the food is not very varied, hopefully they can add more food variations.
