The hotel staff was quite friendly, but the room facilities were far from comfortable. We stayed in a bunk bed room for 4, with the following details: - The mattress was VERY THIN & noisy. - Two of the mattresses were covered in hair and the sheets were dirty, making us itchy. - A refrigerator was available, but there were no adequate outlets, making it useless. - The curtains were dirty, the ceiling was covered in black mold, and the AC leaked water and was noisy. - Towels and toothbrushes were changed daily, but the room didn't appear to be cleaned or tidied (only the trash was emptied). However, the mattress wasn't made, making sleeping uncomfortable. - The location is quite strategic, a 600m walk from Kallang Station. - The elevator only goes to the 4th floor, and it smelled very unpleasant. - Self-service laundry is available. - The price is quite affordable, but it's better to add a little more budget than to go home to a massage therapist because of soreness.

Overall, I like the condition of the room and the location. Just to find food, we haven't found a place that is close and has variety, but so far it's ok, even though the bathroom is cleaned every day.

Trash is not thrown away every day. Mineral water is not refilled every day, must be taken to the receptionist. Bed sheets are dirty. Bathrooms are not cleaned every day. Towels are not replaced, must be asked to the receptionist.

The accommodation was good enough for budget hotel. We have water heater, AC, and clean room. Although the property is kinda old, they maintained it well
