The room was beautiful, with a very relaxing view. The most impressive thing was the night shift staff member who was extremely enthusiastic and friendly, assisting guests very quickly. The service was excellent. Definitely worth returning to.

The location is quite convenient for getting to tourist attractions, the reception staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are more spacious than in the photos and I imagined, and they are clean.

Highly recommend! I stayed in Room 402 for one night (July 25-26) and was thoroughly impressed. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and offered great privacy with a nice balcony. Enjoyed the smart TV and spotless, odor-free bathroom. Totally happy with my experience and will absolutely be returning.

The location is not too far from the center, but the area is very quiet and comfortable. The new room is clean, spacious, the staff is very happy and very supportive.

I checked in at 5am. The hotel supports early check-in. The hotel is clean, airy, and has a nice view. There is a parking space for cars, a few hundred meters from the interprovincial bus station, and there are many grilled restaurants, cafes with nice views, and a chicken hotpot restaurant with perilla leaves within a few hundred meters of walking distance. About 2km from Da Lat market, etc. The staff is enthusiastic and cheerful. I would definitely come back if I could give it 10 points.
