The water is low, the AC isn't cold, and access is complicated because you can't access all floors; you need Mastercard access. For me, a wedding guest, it was a bit of a hassle.

Strategic location. Located next to the main road, you'll only hear the sound of motorcycles revving their exhausts or cars speeding past. It's very close to Tebet Ecopark, so you can exercise there in the morning.

The hotel lacks maintenance, the balcony area is not cleaned, the toilet area in the basement is very smelly and stuffy, perhaps because it is combined with an apartment so maintenance is not optimal, hopefully the cleanliness of all areas can be improved.
