The location is not far from the airport, but maybe a little far from the city center. There's a gas station, a shopping mall, and a movie theater nearby. The staff are friendly, there's an elevator, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable (though my eyes sting a bit when I first entered, probably from insecticide spraying). The air conditioning is very cool, and the amenities are complete, including a hairdryer. The price is reasonable. Recommended!
