Everything was just so perfect when staying at Holiday Inn with a pool access room. Incredible night and day! The staff was amazing, though. Will be back soon!

The hotel is nice and clean, with plenty of facilities and is child-friendly. However, the breakfast menu is limited in choice and tastes mediocre.

A comfortable and enjoyable staycation here. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating and a relaxing view, a clean swimming pool, and a beautiful and well-maintained beach. The food, however, from the in-room service and restaurant was less than delicious (compared to the price). Breakfast was quite tasty, but not very varied.

Good hotel service, clean rooms, lots of facilities & kids friendly, only the location is a bit far from the plaza, breakfast choices are very limited, taste is just so-so.

A Truly Memorable Family Getaway at Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Our recent 1-night stay at Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG was an unforgettable experience for the whole family. The resort truly lives up to its reputation as a family-friendly destination. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the buffet dinner and breakfast, which offered a wide variety of dishes that catered to both adults and kids. A big bonus: kids eat free, which was a pleasant surprise and made our dining experience even more enjoyable! The resort environment is clean, peaceful, and beautifully designed, offering plenty of space for families to relax and reconnect. Though it was just a short stay, every moment was filled with comfort and care. Highly recommended for families looking for a quick escape from the city. We will definitely come back for a longer stay next time!

Love the complimentary ferry transfers. Buffet dinner was great with live BBQ seafood! Service from all staff was also top notched!
