We booked a room for our family and it was great; the room was clean, close to the beach, and reasonably priced.

The hotel is budget-friendly, the rooms are clean but a bit small, they have a bathtub, sea view and are a 2-minute walk to the beach. Overall, the quality is decent.

The hotel is unprofessional. When the customer booked and paid, but when they arrived, there was no room. The staff sat still and did not inform the customer if they could help. The customer had to ask many times before finally saying they could not help and the customer had to deal with Traveloka themselves.

I booked a suite room with sea view, the receptionist took me to a studio room, I complained and they changed me to a stand room (1st floor) with the same view. I know that but I only stayed for 1 day so I had to stay temporarily, I don't want to say much. But when I book a room, please give me a room like that, don't give me a random room just because I booked a cheap price.

Leaking water in the bathroom floor is always wet. Broken bed is not replaced, tried to put it on, rickety. Repaired without informing customer, noisy like living under a bridge. Bad.

The hotel has a very nice sea view. Our group stayed here for 3 nights and the receptionists were very enthusiastic in supporting us from early check-in, keeping luggage, consulting on tours and renting motorbikes. The rooms here are quite spacious and have large windows overlooking the sea, very chill. Next time I go to Da Nang, I will come back.
