The hotel is very comfortable. I've been here twice, and the food is delicious and varied. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with Smart TVs. The lighting is good, and the kids' pool offers free cupcakes and ice cream.

I booked this hotel for around 800 but got a price like a hotel around 300. 1. I chose a deluxe room and the AC wasn't cold, I complained and it took more than 15 minutes for someone to come and still nothing changed, the AC was still hot. 2. I was asked to move rooms and the room smelled musty. 3. I was upgraded but it still took more than 30 minutes for that, waiting for me to get angry because I had a zoom meeting with someone, it was too long-winded and slow. 4. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom and it took around 40 minutes for it to be delivered. 5. The shower water was everywhere like it wasn't a 4-star hotel, I think this is a 2-star hotel. This is the worst 4-star hotel I've ever been to, I've stayed in 3-star hotels that weren't this bad. This should be a 2-star hotel.

Stayed at 307, the A/C was not work properly. Room was quite warm. The bath towel was not white colour. The colour was really off. I think it's time for the hotel to change the towels with new towels. Room was also not properly cleaned when I first entered the room.
