Very best view, very beautiful and very clean

The view is very beautiful and the cleanliness is very good.

I had a very disappointing stay at this homestay. The cleanliness was poor, and there were cockroaches in the unit, which made the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. The parking fees were expensive, and the lifts were very slow, causing long waiting times. In addition, the soundproofing was very poor. I could easily hear noise from neighboring units and the corridor, making it difficult to rest properly. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, expensive parking, slow lifts, and poor soundproofing significantly affected my experience. I would not recommend this homestay.

A nice and comfortable stay, and my room comes with a washing machine, which is a ++. Will be back again, and a sea view room is a must.

Staff at the counter are very friendly

It was our first time staying here and would probably be our last. The line to check-in was awfully long especially if you have a toddler with you. The worst part was the elevator. The management really need to do something about their elevator service. My family had to use the staircase from level 19 during check-out because the elevator was too slow. There is no free parking provided for in-house guest. We will not repeat our stay next time.

1. Smooth check in and clear instruction.. 2.clean rooms (except for the balcony) and good inhouse facilities. Not too spacious but good enough for 3 adult.. But.. 1. The lift is super duper slow. U hv to prepared extra patient to wait for the lift. Average it takes 15 to 20 min to get your turn.. 2. Since the unit was at the same level with the pools, there is too busy with people in this level Overall, comfortable house with good location..but i dont think i will come back herep

Managed by MapleHouse, the rooms have a very good view, right in the middle of the building, the room facilities are quite complete, a little patience with the elevator because it takes time to go up and down, the rest is okay, the receptionist is very helpful, the check-in and check-out process is smooth, there is a 150 RM deposit in cash and tourist tax for each night.

Superb view, worth every penny

The location is at the center of the town and makes the access to everywhere easier. The place is clean and comfortable. Superb!

Hotel location in front of Pasar Besar Kinabalu, walking distance to Filipino Market, very easy to looking for food, etc., even they have Burger King and Orange (minimarket) in the lobby. Everything is perfect with this hotel except their check-in time is strictly 3 PM and check-out is strictly 11 AM. They charge another RM 50 per hour if you check out later than that. The lift is always busy, so you have to spare some time for waiting. Hotel staff very helpful (they reminded me to get my cash deposit at night before my checked-out date and arrange my airport transfer because my flight return was early in the morning). My family and I enjoy our time in Kinabalu, especially staying in this hotel. We will definitely come back, thank you so much.
