The place is perfect for those seeking tranquility and a peaceful atmosphere not too far from the city. There's a swimming pool and a water heater for a warm shower, although I personally rarely use it. There are plenty of food options nearby, from street food stalls (angkringan), warmindo (food stalls), to late-night culinary delights similar to Jakarta cuisine. There are also affordable cafes and trendy snacks like Korean snacks. There's also a clinic nearby for emergencies, a dental clinic, and a pharmacy for urgent medication. I find the location very strategic and easily accessible by online motorcycle taxis like Grab, Gojek, and Maxim.

For such a cheap price, it is reasonable and good.

The location is quiet despite being on the roadside. The staff is friendly. The only downside is that the TV is still old-fashioned (cable TV) and can't be adjusted; it requires a stand-alone TV. Overall, it's good, and for a low price of under 100,000 Rupiah, we couldn't expect much more. It's fine for a night's rest and a shower.

Honestly, this was my worst experience staying in Jogja hotels. The night shift staff was incredibly unfriendly when asked for the Wi-Fi password. Not to mention the main problem was the noisy bathroom in room 104 that disturbed me all afternoon until the next morning. When I complained to the night shift staff, they told me it was the water pump. Imagine, it turns on from the afternoon every 5 minutes. My 8-year-old was fussy and couldn't sleep. I wanted to check out at midnight because I couldn't sleep, but the main gate was locked, and there was no staff at the front desk. This was my first and last time here. By the way, I stayed in room 104.

Good, cheap, free, clean bed, clean bathroom but the flush toilet is broken, TV is broken, AC facing the bed for those who like it cold, that's fine.

I got the price from the application for 90 thousand, it was really worth it for 2 days here, only the water was small in room 105, if you want to take a shower/defecate you have to fill the bathtub first, the hotel staff was friendly, the receptionist and the delivery person provided a welcome drink of warm tea and towels, the area was clean, there was parking for 20 bicycles, for cars around 3 units, near Jalan Wates, the AC was quite cold, there were many TV channels, there was a table for typing, near warmindo and grocery stores, the gate was closed at night, so the security of R2 was solid. Success always for the hotel management team.

The rate is affordable, only 158,000 Rupiah per night. It's close to Malioboro, about a 10-15 minute walk. The cleanliness is decent, not dirty. The building is old, with only an old-fashioned tube TV and air conditioning. Breakfast is not available, but there are plenty of inexpensive food stalls nearby. There's also a laundry service nearby. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful.
