The five of us stayed at this comfortable homestay for a family with two bedrooms and kitchen equipment, a refrigerator, and a rice cooker. A water heater is provided. The location is strategic but comfortable for resting because it's quiet.

The rental price is cheap, it is the number one choice. One house complete with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and cooking equipment, a refrigerator. The bathroom has hot water. Coffee, tea, instant noodles complete with eggs are also provided 😁. The atmosphere is quiet and conducive to resting in Batu city. The location is close to BNS and Jatim Park 2. However, the access road is a small road and at first I was doubtful whether it was right or wrong, but it turned out that the access is like that. If you use a small car, it's okay, at most a vehicle like an Avanza. The staff are kind and okay. The check-in and check-out process is easy.

The place is clean, comfortable and the service is okay, friendly and polite. Noodles and tea coffee are provided. This is very cheap during a long weekend to get this price. 😍 I will recommend this villa to my friends. And next time I will stay here again.

Pros: The staff is very super friendly. Cons: 1. The access road is like entering a haunted house, left and right overgrown with weeds. Only 1 car can enter. 2. The furry mat in front of the bathroom has never been washed, it is dirty and black with lots of earthworms. 3. There are lots of weeds behind the house, and you can hear crickets at night. It's like staying in a haunted house. 4. The water from the PDAM is out, so you have to order a water tanker. It takes a long time to arrive, and the water is very brown. 5. There is no AC. 6. The TV is still a tube. 7. The roof of the house looks like it's going to collapse. 8. For me personally, it's not recommended, especially if you bring small children. 9. It's recommended if you have to because of the budget, because on holidays/weekends this unit is the cheapest for 1 house

I highly recommend this villa. The staff is very friendly and responsive, every request is always responded to well and quickly. The villa atmosphere is like in the countryside, the location is very close to JTP 2. The owner is very friendly and polite. I have a request for early check in and late check out is allowed. For cooking utensils are quite complete, a refrigerator is available. For bed facilities are also okay, with additional blankets. The parking area is enough for 1 car, hot water is okay. The point is that those who want to stay here in groups are very welcome for 6-7 people. If possible I give 10 stars. My suggestion is to add a foam/folding mattress for the area in front of the TV.
