Friendly staff, Netflix is okay, just a minus: the mattress is a bit uncomfortable, but still worth it.

The staff and security guards are friendly. For an affordable price, you get a nice, spacious, and clean room. There's Netflix and a mini-fridge, and you can borrow a hairdryer from reception. You can walk to Central Park, but the main road in front is often congested.

Very good, strategic location, the mattress is very comfortable, big, good service, the only minus is the wifi is very slow on the 3rd floor, I don't know why, so my WFH experience is hampered by the network

This was my second stay at Sanctuary. This time, it was impromptu, as I'd been working late at work. The room was spacious, clean, and had a desk.

I've stayed here many times and love the cleanliness and comfort of the place. However, my last experience was a bit disappointing when one of the cleaning staff barged into our room with her own card in the morning, claiming to be delivering donuts. Although the receptionist apologized to us via WhatsApp, barging into a guest's room is rude and unethical. This time, I'm sorry to have to give Sanctuary a less than favorable review, as I saw the staff member still working there, and management didn't follow up on the matter.

A super pleasant experience staying at this hotel, comfortable, clean, aesthetic and already has Netflix.

Honestly, this is my second time checking in here. It's always comfortable, but the first time was better than this second. The sheets were really dirty, like they hadn't been changed :( There were marks like shoe marks, whatever, the mattress was noisy :(, the towels also smelled a bit musty, and the floor was dirty too :( Next time, maybe they could pay more attention, especially to cleanliness, because customer comfort is number 1🥹

Actually everything is really good, from entering the receptionist's room, the room smells good, and even entering the room smells good. The room and toilet are also really good. But why are the mattresses and pillows so lacking? The mattress sags (maybe too many people have stayed overnight) and it makes my body ache, and the pillows are so flat that I have to fold them in half to sleep so they're a bit higher. It's like they're not soft hotel pillows. Please fix this.

Tempatnya strategis, di bawahnya juga ada cafe so far enak. Tempatnya nyaman, walau kamarnya terbilang kecil tapi spacenya tuh difikir bgt tiap sudut, minusnya gada lift hehe jadi pr juga naik tangga ke lt 3

The hotel staff is friendly, the place is clean, the price is affordable. There is only one thing, the walls are thin, so the conversation in the next room can be heard a little, so if you want to really sleep, it's not quiet. Overall, this has become my regular place to stay when I need to stay in the Tomang area, because it is very close to Central Park and Neo Soho.

It is very comfortable to stay with family, the staff are very friendly & always ready to help, the room is clean & doesn't smell, maybe I can stay here again sometime
