First time. Checked in at AP Tower Mahamam. Transferred to Rivardale North Cikarang. Very bad, dirty, no TV, sharing all kinds!!.. and finally after 1 hour found the right one. Checked out immediately!!

After logging in, I was asked for an additional fee on the grounds that the price in the application was different.

It's a shame that when I checked in at Mahakam, I was moved to Riverdale, which is not a very clean place.

The service is really bad, I paid through the app but when I got there it was full, the reason was overbooking and would be included if someone checked out early but it was uncertain when they would check out. It was the first time I ordered through the app but it turned out to be a dud, lots of excuses. When someone ordered offline, they were immediately served. When I checked the app again, it was still ready. This apartment is really weird. It was a really bad experience. The service was really rude, explaining as if they were going to fight. Oh, I'm fed up.
