Clean, comfortable, complete. Recommended

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and more. The hotel is relatively new, offers beverages, is clean, and offers excellent value for money. I was on a one-day business trip and was satisfied with my stay. The reception staff was also friendly.

The music sounds so loud that it's quite disturbing in the room, maybe from the building next to the hotel, until 3 in the morning there's always noise.

This is my second time staying in the same room... For the first stay experience it was quite okay, only the sound from the next room was heard. The second stay experience when entering there were: 1. Hair loss in the bathroom, on the floor of the room, and on the bed sheets, not too much just indicating that the room was not cleaned properly. Considering there were 3 hair spots, asked to move rooms, they said it was full, finally cleaned again and changed all the sheets and pillowcases and it turned out that when swept there was a lot of hair dirt. 2. A lot of noise from outside was heard from the room all night until morning (because I was doing office work). There should be a staff member who controls each floor. 3. While sleeping, woke up and was disturbed by the sound of a worker drilling the renovation of the next room right on the wall adjacent to my room and it was very disturbing at 8 am, I have complained but it seems there was no follow-up action it lasted a long time and was very noisy and disturbing, it would be bad if the foreman could arrange maintenance when the renovation with noisy noise was carried out. Only an apology from the receptionist when complained.
