The hotel was nice, staff were friendly and the overall stay was excellent and convenient to walk.

At check-in, Alexander at the front desk was very personable and helpful. There is a public parking garage immediately across the street which made it really convenient. The hotel also offered a discount for the parking. The room is spacious and clean. The rooftop on the 27th floor has amazing views. The glass platform is really cool. I would definitely stay at this Riu hotel in Chicago again.

Nice hotel with a great breakfast buffet

Our stay was overall really great! The breakfast buffet had a great variety of choices. We had breakfast 3 days and we never had the same thing. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean. My only complaint is our bathroom. The water coming out of one sink did not have cold water. The water in the shower was never very hot.

Great location! However, while the property was generally clean and staff generally friendly, our room was not made up until 5:00 one afternoon 20 minutes before we needed to get ready for dinner and one day not at all. We did not have the do not disturb on the door and we were out all day, both days until we needed to get ready for dinner. Upon leaving the hotel, there was a pair of dirty underwear on the sidewalk right outside the revolving doors. We went to a Cubs game and inquired at the Customer Service desk about the best way to get back from the game, Uber, Taxi, etc. We were told that you could easily get an Uber after the game. What we weren’t told is the Uber is not permitted to drive within several blocks of Wrigley after the game and we had to walk to a specific location outside of the “no Uber zone” to get a ride. Please don’t give incorrect information if you don’t know the answer.

Property was fantastic new and modern. The whole experience was perfect except for a fri t desk person trying g to force us into a. One bed room rather than a 2 queen like I had booked. He was rude and unapologetic when I came back down to have it change to the correct room Breakfast was very nice and the rest of our stay was perfect

Great place to stay excellent customers service

The only downside to this hotel is there’s no onsite parking. You have to do public self park & the discount code the hotel partner with doesn’t even work. It was frustrating. Best to stay if you have no vehicle.

Everything was great. Rooftop bar was a very nice attraction.
