The bathroom was also quite clean, with complete amenities and working hot water. The room was quite clean and equipped with a smart TV, water dispenser, sofa bed, tea/coffee maker, and water heater. The service was good, the staff was friendly and helpful.

If it's from 8 o'clock until noon, it's disgusting because of the direct sun, so just go outside.

The best room and view to enjoy dieng sunrise w/o going anywhere. The staff r kind. It will be complete if the resto always ready for food cuz we always hungry in dieng’s cold weather. Hope the resto will stock more food and warm drink tht will complete everything in this luxcamp

The crews are super friendly, the service and view are top notch, the room is quite comfortable, just a little thin on the blanket. It's too thin so the cold still penetrates.

The hot water is terrible, one heater for 2 people, the mattress is not thick enough, the blanket is not thick enough even though it is very cold, there is no restaurant so it is a bit difficult, luckily the view is really cool.

The campsite is on a steep slope, going down the stairs is very tiring, the bathroom is behind the bed, the smell of urine is often smelled in the room even though everything has been flushed and cleaned, breakfast is just a kebab that doesn't match the brand of Horison that is used

The service and taste of the food are great. Input for luxcamp, the mattress is too thin so it feels like a divan. Access down for the stairs can probably be improved to be safer. Then the water heater, maybe the tank can be enlarged because the hot water is only enough for 1 person to shower. After that, you have to wait about 45 minutes before it can heat up again for the second person to shower.

The Staff was friendly and helpfull. The view from our cabin extremely beautiful. We can see sunrise just from our room. Cabin was clean but the pillow sheet a bit smell like it doesn't dry properly. Bathroom was clean but the water heather only had small capacity so that second person who wanna take a shower has to wait for the hot water a bit longer. Some time the water heater only on for 1-2 menit in the beginning. The food was OK. We recommend for the BBQ, it was Good accompanied with the nature scene...JUST LOVE IT. All for all we RECOMMEND this place.

The hot water is shared, so if one side has used it, it could run out of hot water, and as a result when staying overnight, wanting to take a shower at night, the hot water is not available and it is very cold. Try not to share the hot water, with management from Hotison, it should be much better, especially in a cold place with no hot water.

It's just that access to the room is very steep and not neat so it is not friendly for the elderly, children and people with disabilities. But there will be hotel staff who will help carry things. The area is still partly under construction so it is quite noisy and at night there are those who play music at a fairly loud volume until midnight, so it is very disturbing to rest. When we stayed there, it also rained for a while, the water entered a little onto the terrace. When booking, the information on the app stated that you can get dinner, breakfast and lunch but in reality you only get dinner and breakfast. When confirmed, the staff's answer had not been updated in the application if it turned out you only get dinner and breakfast without any drinks as I saw from other people's reviews. There is also no bonfire. So this part is a bit disappointing. Hopefully in the future there will be improvements and more thoroughness so that those who stay are not disappointed.

The view is very beautiful, the sofa bed in the room has many stains and looks dirty to the point that there is a comb stuck in the edge of the sofa bed, the property is not fully operational. The most important thing to pay attention to is the type of food served, it doesn't have to be luxurious, what's important is to pay attention to the components.
