Really welcoming hosts, clean room & bathroom (small, but very clean), delicious & simple continental breakfast, good central Tarbes location

The staff were very welcoming and we were able to communicate though we did not share a common language—it was, in fact, enjoyable to do so.

Bruno went above and beyond....waited up til midnight to greet us from our delayed flight. Bed was very comfortable, quiet, super clean and most lovely outlook over Tarbes. Free parking a bonus

Theconly issue was that the hotel closed for a while when we had arrived for check in so we had to return

Staff were excellent, great sense of humour and could not do enough for us. We'd certainly stay there again!

We thought there was supposed to be an air conditioner but wasn't also would but other than that it would have been nice to have a bit of info in the room about public transport etc. but the manager was more than helpful

We had a most pleasant stay for two nights greatly enhanced by the friendly and helpful staff. In particular we were given recommendations about where to dine and we had very good experiences in regard to food and service at the restaurants recommended. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from Gard Montpasse train station and there are metro stations nearby too.

Très bon accueil, personne chaleureuse et souriante. La chambre était très bien avec vue sur les montagne au réveil.

- de prévenir et de faite attendre l’hôtelier en cas d’arrivée tardive la 1er fois - literie et mobilier très moyen avec petit poste tv de biais sur un bureau à la droite du lit - je ne savais pas qu’il fallait libérer la chambre avant 11h et j’ai eu droit à une 1er réflexion : « si vous ne libérez pas la chambre avant 11h15 je serais obligé de vous facturer un départ tardif, puis comme je suis descendu à 11h23 2ème réflexion « vous avez un problème avec les horaires vous ? » Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel et conseillerai à mes collègues de ne pas y aller non plus.

Des gérants très sympathiques qui se prennent le temps de parler à leurs clients. On se sent comme à la maison. Nous y reviendrons…

Idéalement placé proche du centre de Tarbes, l'hôtel est calme, propre et confortable. Parfait pour les séjours d'affaire, il propose un petit-déjeuner copieux. Une mention spéciale pour l'accueil agréable et le service.

Ruido de la ventilación del baño, aún con la puerta cerrada y la luz apagada. Habitación más cara que la vez anterior, pero más pequeña. Desayuno muy sencillo. Ascensor estropeado ambos días.
