I often stay in hotels, but at Box City the floor was sticky, there were no tissues in the bathroom or in the room and I was really disappointed staying here because it was not soundproof, there were people running around chasing each other, I don't know who it was, it was really noisy.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was nice, as it was new and clean. However, on the second morning, when we requested room service and then left it all day and night, it hadn't been cleaned. Also, please add more hangers to the bathroom. Thank you.

Actually the facilities are good, but yesterday we heard the sound of people moving tables or chairs, so it was a bit noisy between rooms.

The only downside is that there's no elevator. Hopefully, there will be one next time I stay there.

The first time I arrived, I was greeted by hotel staff who looked scary like market thugs who never smiled at customers, so it was uncomfortable and scary to stay at the Box City Hotel Mojokerto, the room had air conditioning but did not provide a bed cover, only a thin blanket, there was not a single tissue for guests, it is highly not recommended to stay at this hotel 👎👎👎👎👎

A comfortable and clean new hotel in the city center. Fast and friendly service, close to culinary spots and the train station. Rooms are quite spacious with clean and comfortable bathrooms.

The hotel itself was nice, smelling nice, clean, the staff was polite, and it was very close to the station. The only downside was the noise of the water jets, which was really annoying. I don't know if it was coming from the room above or the one next to it. It was so noisy that I had to check out at 6 a.m. and move to another hotel because I was disturbed by the noise all night.

Clean rooms, complete facilities, smooth Wi-Fi.

I stayed at this hotel because of a business trip, coincidentally there was work in Mojokerto for about 1 week. I tried to book a 3-night stay at this hotel. It turned out that the hotel was like a boarding house system. Electricity meters per room. Electricity usage is limited. No wonder there is no elevator, it's tiring going up and down the stairs, especially if you bring a suitcase to the 3rd floor. I tried to boil hot water to make coffee because the hotel room didn't provide a kettle. As a result, the electricity kept tripping. I'm fed up of staying here. Sorry, not really recommended!
