The STB doesn't turn on so the TV doesn't work and the AC isn't cold enough.

It turned out to be a narrow alley, so I was a bit wary during the trip if I passed a car coming from the other direction. Check-in was a bit complicated because they asked for all of my ID cards, as far as I know, 1 representative ID card is enough. The rooms are okay, but I booked 4 rooms, some of which smelled of cigarettes, urine, and rats. The sheets were clean, just a bit yellow, not plain white even though I asked for a change, they were clean and not itchy.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with the check-in process.

As soon as I entered, I was shocked to find the sheets dirty. They were from the previous guest. The pillowcases were also dirty. The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. It was all unkempt.

The staff service is friendly. The location is close to the STAN entrance on Jalan. Ceger, the family room is spacious, there is 1 large bed and 1 small bed, suitable for our family, I didn't expect the shower to have hot water, the AC is quite cold. The price is quite appropriate for the facilities. Oh yeah, everyone's ID card in the room will be asked for, don't be surprised. Suggestion: oh please, the towels are not torn like they are used as doormats at home. Just eat gofood, but there is a mini market in front, it's quite comfortable to buy drinking water. Overall, it's quite comfortable to choose a family room.
