I've stayed here twice, the place is comfortable and cool, the facilities are good, there's a kitchen too so if you buy breakfast you can cool down or cook noodles here.. the service is friendly, the room is clean and fragrant. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Staying at Calma provides a calming and comfortable experience. The serene, clean, and well-appointed atmosphere truly relaxes the body and mind. Friendly service and comprehensive amenities add to the feeling of a comfortable stay. The lake is absolutely gorgeous. I absolutely love it here—the fresh air and the great rooms.

I'll be a regular, but just a little suggestion: Don't forget to refill the toilet paper in the bathroom. The last time I was here, the toilet paper was empty. Also, pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom, and don't let it get so messy from standing water.

The room facilities and cleanliness were good. The only problem was that one of the lights in the room was broken.

Room is okay, calm vibes and nice location. My concern is about the bathroom, somehow it's smell not nice, I was in room number 10 on 2nd floor. The water heater is so so, need to do regular service for Air Conditioning, 16°c with maximum fan still feel 24°c. But overall is good.

Overall, this hotel was quite comfortable, but the staff seemed to remind us too often about check-out times via WhatsApp, even before 12 PM. Even if we were 30 minutes late, we were reminded again via WhatsApp. If there is a late fee, it should be clearly stated without repeated reminders. I've stayed here twice, but both times were less comfortable because of this.

Wow, the hotel is so Instagrammable. There are so many cool spots for photos... hehe, it's really cool. You can also take content.

Just found out that there is a place to stay as comfortable as this in Bintaro, the area is residential so it's not noisy. I really feel at home here because the facilities are complete, there is a public pantry that can be used as a place to eat together, a hidden sofa for hanging out with friends. Clean and cool can be felt from the beginning of entering because you pass through a small park. There are many cafes and culinary places in the area so it's easy to find food.

The staff is nice, helped me a lot when I ran out of gas by boiling eggs for me to fast. Thank you.

The service is adequate. Picking up food is quite far from the front, you have to go to the post first. Although the place and atmosphere are quite good. When registering, it's also complicated, the signal is difficult there.
