Prior to arriving to check in, I got a phone call. The representative said she was from the front desk I had to ask which front desk. Instead of asking if we are still arriving she said she had already tried to charge the card. It was a little odd to me, she also wasn’t very welcoming. While the room was clean it was so noisy with upstairs neighbours were running and jumping around until 4am. We barely got any sleep in. Checking out the staff was lovely and welcoming. I will not be staying at this location again though

Nice, clean hotel. There were plenty of things to do nearby and places to eat.

AC did not work in lobby. Lots of random people were swimming in the pool that were not staying in the hotel and the smoke alarms went off at 4:30am. Hotel was nice and new but needed a bit of a closer eye on clientele

This hotel was great! They had a decent breakfast and the room was pristine when we stayed in it. All of the staff were smiling and friendly and I thought it was pretty cool that there were dry erase boards with recommendations of places to eat and visit in the area. It made Columbus a bit more interesting to explore. Another awesome thing about this hotel is that the floors are inaccessible without key cards---this made the hotel feel extra safe. The rooms themselves look brand new and had tons of great amenities. There were no issues with noisy neighbors and overall I think I would return to this hotel. For me the drive was a bit far from my family I was visiting, but I think I would still choose to go back next time I visit.

Beds were so comfy! Traffic on the road getting in is kind of a nightmare but doable. Breakfast was pretty good, staff helpful, rooms clean.

love the idea of having coffee/drinks available for guests, great exercise room, and pool table with board games for family and friends gathering

I highly recommend any Tru Hilton. Cleanliness, staff are great ! Me and my husbands had the pleasure of staying in two of them one by the airport and one on broadhead in Columbus Ohio The amenities are wonderful. They have a wonderful breakfast and the staff was very friendly I don't think I'll be staying at any other hotel on my travels rather be vacation or for work

Beautiful new building, nice landscaping outside, friendly staff, unique architecture in rooms.

Our room was not ready, even though we were there at check-in. When we were given our room card, the room was not ready. Went back downstairs, she said sorry, gave you the wrong room number. No ice buckets in the room . Was a horrible experience. Will not stay again.

Great stay for family

Very quiet. No sirens despite being close to the hospital.
