Staff friendly and polite. There was a little bit of a late check-in. Room clean and spacious, AC fine. The orange cat was also friendly; I believe he is the owner.

First time and never back for sure. The service was extremely poor. The staff even misread my booking (booked for 2 nights but only received 1) because they misread the room number. They then insisted I confirm the error. Even after checking and it turned out my booking was for 2 nights, I was still blamed and accused of misreading the room number. "Ma'am, you have my booking code, instead of double-checking, why are you pushing and blaming the guest?" The hotel even washed its hands of it and asked me to contact the app myself. Human error is understandable, but attitude and an apology are also needed.

The facilities are okay, good enough for a stay while in Bali.

It's really good for the price. The rooms are cleaned frequently and the service is excellent. For a long stay in Bali, it's a great place. The next time I go to Bali, I'll definitely be there. 🤩

Overall good but sadly there is no option for the meals. The fried rice was good though.

The outdoor area is clean and well-maintained, with a 2m-deep pool suitable for adults. The mattress makes a squeak when you move, hehe. The location is quite close to the shopping center, even within walking distance. I don't think the staff on the day shift are very helpful; the guys on the night shift are okay, helping with luggage and other things. But it's okay for the price, hehe.

We initially planned to stay just one day, but we were so pleased with the hotel, and the affordable price and excellent amenities meant we extended our stay. Next time we go to Bali, I'll definitely stay here. The location is super strategic, but the downside is that it's a bit tricky to get in and out of the alleys if you have a car.

I was very satisfied staying here. I booked on the spur of the moment and was initially afraid of a dud because of the low price, but it turned out to be really good. The location is really strategic, clean, spacious room, spacious bathroom, and very good Wi-Fi. For this price, it's really worth it. Compared to my previous hotel, which was twice the price, the quality of the facilities is far superior. I'm already planning my next trip and will definitely stay here again. I had a very memorable stay here. I didn't expect much for the price, but I found the comfort of the facilities and service more than adequate. The bathroom and bedroom were very clean (they make up the room every day). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Not a single employee had a frown on their face, always smiling. Especially Ms. Inggrit, who I always had trouble with but was always ready to help with her friendly smile, for sure. Thanks Cove Arganta. You guys really made my days in Canggu…

Very comfortable for resting. Clean rooms, peaceful atmosphere. Very affordable price, surprised at how nice the room was for that price. Next, I suggest having a kettle and other water supplies filled in each room so you don't have to go downstairs to the dispenser. Parking is a bit tight. 🙏
