Friendly hotel staff and strategic location

It's comfortable and the front desk staff (Deli) are friendly and very helpful. Security is also good... Overall, we are very happy 😊

The room space is small and the bathroom faucet is a bit of a hassle, but the view of the ocean makes you forget all that. Overall, it's okay.

The location is very good because it is close to everywhere & safe. The room size is not too spacious. The hotel towels need to be improved in quality, because despite the hotel's relatively new age, the towels look a bit old. The bathroom exhaust is too slow, so the bathroom doesn't dry quickly. The water flow in the shower & sink is a bit slow, so when taking a shower, the water stagnates, and the water in the sink when washing your face & brushing your teeth, the water stagnates for a while.

A small hotel in the Megamas Boulevard area. Views of Manado's ancient mountains. Close access to the city. Breakfast is varied at the restaurant. There's a children's pool on the third floor. Highly recommended.

The location, cleanliness, room comfort, and food are all good, but it's not suitable for families or couples because you only get one access card. There's also no telephone in the room.

It was very pleasant and memorable. The room, although small, was neat and clean. The full breakfast was quite tasty and very enjoyable. Plus, the staff was very friendly, especially the concierge. I will always choose Amaris for any stay near downtown Manado. The only downside is that it's a bit of a hassle getting in and out of the room because there's only one access card.
