Excuse me, the worst accommodation experience of my entire life, tempted by the photo advertisements that offer, which in reality is very dirty and disgusting, the furniture is damaged, I don't know 30 years or more, I had asked to move to another room, it turned out there were 3 rooms but all the same with the same damaged furniture, initially wanted to move but my husband had a zoom meeting report, had to complain about this and that for a refund, luckily the roomboy was kind and willing to work together to clean, for those who bring small children, don't bring them there, the apartment is horrible 🤭

There are too many things lacking in the service and comfort in the room. The room is not clean, there are lots of spider webs, then there is a problem with the water heater which doesn't turn on, maybe if we don't check it, we think it's broken, but it turns out it wasn't plugged in (??) and the kitchen area is damp and smelly to the point where I hesitate to use a spoon, even the refrigerator smells a bit. But for the size of the room, it is very sufficient and if you want an extra bed, it is still very spacious.. hopefully the service and comfort of the room will be better

Close to Ancol, just cross the street lol. Comfortable, the service is also good and friendly. The cleanliness should be maintained more. Because there are small animals everywhere, the sheets and bedcovers are also a bit dirty, all the equipment can be checked first maybe before guests check in so they don't have to go back and forth. Maybe they can provide something like hotel slippers too, because the floor is quite dusty. Otherwise, it's okay, the employees are friendly and nice. For customer service 💯, the cleanliness of the room is lacking. Hopefully it can be improved, thank you

I'm a bit disappointed with the parking ticket pass regulations. It's not fully covered only when you check out, while during our staycation we went back and forth in and out of the apartment area. I thought we would be reimbursed, but it wasn't.
