The family room (2 queen beds) has water leaking next to the front bed from the ceiling suspected from leaking water pipe (continuing throughout day and night). Has small cockroaches on the floor so the owner need to do the pest control regularly in the room and also the bed sheet already worn out. Suggest owner need to do room upgrade and repair the leaking water to save cost in the long run. The location quite attractive with all nearby food outlets and shopping mall.
