We were held up for quite a while because our name was there but the booking code was different. It turned out that the owner doesn't have an account on this app and we booked from a third party. For the hotel, it's actually very worth it. The staffs are kind, the room is good, with daily cleaning and mineral water, also free refill water. Close to a mini convenience store and restaurant from the same building complex.
