The location is very strategic, but because in Hanoi there are government announcements every morning (around 6 am) using speakers, so it might be disturbing for guests who plan to wake up late. The hotel is located in the middle of a market/commercial area, so it is quite noisy with garbage trucks (garbage trucks in Hanoi use speakers to signal when collecting garbage) and the sound of vehicle horns. Overall, the hotel, although small, is comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
