Friendly and helpful staff. Given a free upgrade on arrival. Great room. Shower was enormous and the rest of the bathroom was fantastic

Only the negative for us was the breakfast. Was nowhere near as good as what some of the other reviews were saying. Could have been a lot more variety. Plus an extra coffee machine would avoid inpatient people.

Nice hotel, clean room. Area around the property under construction was the only real negative.

There was an event on that meant there was no access by road, eventually I managed to drive into the hotel and unload and find a parking space. The staff were apologetic but it took me an hour to navigate through the road closures. There was no air con and the breakfast was also poor. Not a great location for a business trip.

Good location on edge of Dunkirk centre. Easy walk into centre where there are a few bars and restaurants Free parking outside hotel. Small comfortable hotel 20mins drive from ferry terminal.

Lovely modern hotel, immaculately clean and recently refurbished. Very comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. The staff at reception were very helpful. We were very impressed!

Pleasant hotel. Plentiful parking nearby. Walkable to the centre.

The hotel is located away from the sea front and handy for the harbour. It is a business-like hotel likely best suited to those on business in the area or travelling and in need of a good nights sleep.

They really took such excellent care of us. And we were pretty needy. And we are not French speakers.

Room smelled awful. No hot water. They told us only alcohol was charged from the minibar, then charged us for water and soda. No restaurant in hotel not want within walking distance.

What a wonderful find! We were there on Bastille Day, so maybe that was why parking was so free and easy. It was a lovely hotel in a quiet little area with an excellent restaurant right across the street. Breakfast was great and the room itself was perfectly appointed.

The room and facilities were alright but the bed headboard was stained and mucky. The bed side table was dirty too. Location is very good with excellent restaurants around. WIFI available and easy to set up.
