The bathroom door handle was broken long before I checked in. When I checked in, it was broken. There was mold under the bathroom door. The food was delicious, but the room was dirty. A thorough cleaning is needed. Please pay attention, especially to the carpet in the room. Hotel slippers in room 5105 are not provided.

Stayed in a family room, the hotel was nice, the cleanliness was lacking, but when I complained and asked for it to be cleaned, the staff responded quickly.

The first time I stayed there was a problem, initially it was my fault for choosing the wrong date, the conditions cannot be refunded & rescheduled, chose to reschedule with the hotel's conditions, paid more than the hotel ⭐4 because it was a bit complicated so some things were not explained by the staff, waiting a long time. The ID card has not been returned, insisted on returning it but it has not. The night was noisy maybe because of the family room, the bathroom smelled, the wifi was working at night, but it was no longer in the morning. When checking out it took more than 10 minutes, those who are in a hurry are not recommended, mineral water costs 20/bottle. Maybe the effect of the wrong date until check out was unlucky. Even though I lost a lot, this gave me a lot of experience, going forward I will be more focused.

Every time I visit PKU, I always stay at Favor Hotel. This is my second time. Friendly service, responsive staff, and a wide variety of breakfast options are available. Kids can also enjoy swimming in the second-floor pool.

Affordable price and most like the swimming pool for children and the room is very comfortable for families

The room was okay, spacious, and had one large bed and one small bed. However, the cleanliness was lacking. The room wasn't well maintained. The pillowcases and sheets were yellowing :( The pool was okay, with both a kiddie and adult pool.

Quite recommended for that price👍
