It's pretty good for a 2-star hotel. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, the room I got was not cool with air conditioning. My complaint in the afternoon was only followed up the next afternoon. In the end, I slept very uncomfortably, sweating. The complaint handling could have been expedited. The bedsheets were stained, but hopefully they were clean. Some of the walls in the room were also peeling. Overall, it was okay. It's quite close to the 0 km point of Jogja, walkable. Indomaret is close, there are food stalls, lots of food stalls, and lots of souvenir shops too.

A strategically located hotel near Malioboro. Friendly staff and excellent service. We stayed in rooms 501 and 503, each with a city view. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the amenities complete. There's also a rooftop terrace for enjoying the city view and the golden sunrise. The only downsides are the limited parking and breakfast options. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

The room is not soundproof, the bathroom is still dirty.

Overall it's good, only the TV channels need to be updated again, there are only national TV channels, if possible replace it with a smart TV.

The staff are friendly. Especially the security guards, uhhh the best.

Request for a top floor got on the 5th floor, it's nice there's a window to see outside, there's a top floor that's cool for seeing the surrounding scenery can see the sunset too, want to go to Malioboro is close. Less comfortable with the smell of the bathroom, don't understand why the smell is so strong, but can't describe what the smell is, maybe the drain, but it really makes it uncomfortable. For breakfast food is less varied, understandably because the hotel is not that big.

The staff provided excellent service and were very accommodating. The food was delicious and varied. The rooms were clean, spacious, with beautiful views, and excellent facilities. The hotel is easily accessible, and it's very close to Malioboro.

I thought the bathroom would have a hairdryer for 600 thousand rupiah per day. It turns out not to be the case, hehe.

Very close to Malioboro, great location. It's quite clean and comfortable but the room is small, only have 2 sockets, no hair dryer in the bathroom but you can borrow it from receptionist.

It's SO CLOSE to everywhere... Malioboro, Vrederburg Fort, Keraton, Tamansari, Bringharjo, the hospital, especially right in front of the hotel, Indomaret, souvenir center, station... it's really nice... Next time I go to Jogja, I'll stay here again... Thank you Arrayan Hotel Besttt, I really like it

I'm in a twin room, so far it's good for that price, clean.
