Great neighborhood, restaurants close by, but beds were hard.

The hotel it self appeared to be newer. We asked for wash cloths and hand towels and never received a response for about 3-4 hours. When staff finally responded to us, we were already in bed and was pointless. Staff said they did not have any wash cloths or hand towels. Thumbs down. Nothing was done to rectify the issues.

Although the hotel had issues with keys, customer service was great and attentive. The hotel was clean and had a great breakfast as well.

No hot water to bathe or shower. Window coverings didn’t work properly. Check in was marginal at best. A very disappointing stay at this Tru.

Everything was fine, but I waited a good 15 minutes waiting for staff to come to the front desk for check in.

Hand Soap, body soap are empty, TV is not working. Room is smell mold, overall cleaning issues etc.

Bathroom was too small, some dude was camped out in the lobby the entire time we were there(3 days), but wasn’t an employee. Also the outer doors did not shut properly leading to us comming down to wide open door to the outside so that any of the transients that where around the hotel (there where many) could have just walked in at anytime. I will more than likely look for an IHG hotel next time and not a Hilton.

The property is nice and clean. Big rooms. No carpet which feels clean! Would stay again.
