Everything was nice. Good staff, the room was big enough, great shower. We had breakfast included and it was good. Bacon, eggs, pancakes, cold cuts and cheese, yogurt, etc. Great location with easy walk or tram to central station. Close to Anne Frank house and central square. Far enough from red light district to avoid that mass of humanity.

We had a really comfortable and pleasant stay and would definitely return. I can’t fault anything. Staff can’t do enough for you and are extremely friendly, professional and helpful. 10/10 stay.

Breakfast was good, room and bed very comfortable and complimentary drinks/nibbles were a great idea and welcomed especially in lieu of a fully stocked bar.

Good quality hotel with comfy beds, spacious rooms and helpful friendly staff. Great location. Easy walking distance to Centraal Station, Dam Square and Nine Streets district. Generous breakfast plus free coffee/drinks awaiting you after a long day out exploring.

The room and common areas (elevator and hallways) need a thorough cleaning.

Very low lighting in bedroom.

The room is very dark and the lighting is very poor. I was often putting on my phone flashlight to plug things in or look for things in my suitcase. I also didn't like the layout of the room. it made it very difficult to share a room with someone.The breakfast was delicious.The area is good walking distance from many important sites but the actual block is really that nice.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Although booking a deluxe room, it was quite compact. The walls were painted black, which made it very dark and difficult to get ready. Buffet style breakfast and an added bonus of free beer and wine in the evening, nice little touch! Would recommend but ask for a bright coloured room.

Excellent location with a delicious breakfast!

Very centrally located. We were able to walk to most areas around Amsterdam. Hotel was nice and clean. We especially liked the complimentary wine, beer, water, and drinks. Staff were also very friendly.

The third floor was a dark blue color making it seem very dark. The room being very small lacked a place to sit with my laptop. No chairs (window seat). I do not deem the Hotel a good value for the money. The staff was very polite and helpful.
