good experience

We loved staying at Casa Pince. Staff was very friendly and helpful to make sure that we had the best experience at the hotel and while traveling. When the front staff heard we were not able to get the La Sagrada Familia tickets as they were all sold out during the peak season, he tried hard to search for suitable tour group so we got to see the marvelous Gaudi’s work. The hotel also provided adaptors/converters for international travelers. The location of the hotels is very convenient for walking or taking metros to go anywhere. Highly recommended!

Recently renovated Interior room is small, but well laid out. I would say the room is best for one person, but can be managed with two with little luggage. The updates of the room make it very comfortable and relaxing. Shower was great! Staff really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was cooked to order with several varieties to choose from. Would come again!

Great hotel, a/c was exceptional as it was a bit of a heat wave, shower pressure and temp was super, one of the best showers I’ve had in Europe, well presented and location, location, location.

Well situated property, newly refurbished and clean. Special positives: -Staff was very helpful, especially Anaïs who went out of her way to help me ( safe got stuck, I needed to print documents…) -AC in the hotel is awesome. Watch outs: -hotel is in a very touristic area, facing a fast food shop where people congregated around 3-4am ( guessing after partying). If you’re a light sleeper keep that in mind.

The hotel is very well located in the superb gothic area. It is possible to walk to almost every places we wanted to visit. The hotel staff is super nice and friendly. The housekeeping staff did an awesome job in keeping our room super clean and to refresh promptly every day. We were very pleased with our hotel choice and would definitely recommend.

Staff was excellent and location too!

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was a great stay. Its close to the rambla, city center, lots od metro stations and you can evwn walk to a few of the tourist attractions. There are a lot of restaurants in the area too. The restaurant downstairs has great food and the service from the reception to thw restaurant was lovely. Only thing is i find the room to be small for 2 people (this has been my experience in Europe in general though) i traveled solo and could have used a bit more space. In spite of that, I'd still recommend it here. It was a pleasant experience overall

Casa Pince is clean, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Barcelona. But what really sets it apart is one of the front desk/concierge staff, Anais. She provides better concierge service than we have received at some of the best hotels in the world. She understands Barcelona as a tourists and consistently delivers suggestions and even tickets that save time, money, and enhance your trip. Casa Pince is a great place to stay, but don’t miss your inside connection to the best of Barcelona as long as the hotel can keep Anais.

Tiny. Elevator slow. Staff very friendly. Parking non existent. Ok for one night.

Great location in the Gothic Quarter. Place is spotless, staff are friendly and happy to give dining suggestions and help you with directions. It was perfect for my one night in Barcelona.

Great staff - especially at front desk. Very helpful. Convenient location - but can be noisy.

Clean, comfortable, modern rooms are just the start. The staff is exceptional! The gentleman who was there the night we checked in (and had just started working there a week ago) helped us find a rooftop bar and acquire a taxi that was waiting for us in the morning to take us to the airport. After we had arrived at the airport, we realize we had left an expensive item back at the hotel. The woman that checked us out, answered the phone when I called, and arranged for shipping our item back after they found it in the room. Great place, even better people!

Possibly the friendliest and most helpful front desk staff I’ve ever encountered. I spend about 150 nights/year in hotels, so I have had all types of experiences. The location is great, the room had a little balcony which is great for people watching and the restaurant attached was terrific. I highly recommend staying here.
