Nice clean modern facility. The staff are exceptional. Sroun Lihour, Bun Thong, Tin Sroun, Dane and Kon Nalida are very helpful and always had a smile. Thank you for making me feel at home

Good standard of room - any small issues (ie. problem with a light and the shower) were quickly and efficiently sorted out. Spacious, clean and well furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great air-conditioning! Staff were very professional and helpful.

Great value for the price! Large room. Balcony. Clean. Only issue is the internet and shower drain. All good overall.

Amazing experience Friendly staff

WH Hotel 310 was an overall good place to stay. The staff are excellent and really made the stay memorable. The hotel is located in a safe area with some walkable conveniences such as a mini market next door, coffee nearby, Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum walking distance, and some dining options nearby. The Royal Palace and other major tourist attractions were a short tuktuk ride away. The building was a little older so there were some minor maintenance issues but overall reasonable. Laundry facilities advertised online was only a single washing machine for the entire building but a laundry service was located directly across from the hotel.

The a/c didn’t work, the room was dirty, no gym, no dining, terrible odor 2 out of 10. 👎

Great staff, very friendly and helpful

We only stayed one night but it was good. The bathroom is new and clean. The bed is comfortable with different pillow sizes for optimal sleep. It’s pretty well located in PP and we could ride tuktuk easily. Would recommend.

部屋は広く清潔で良かった。 ただシャワーからはお湯が出ず、排水も悪かった。 深夜のチェックインで１泊だけだったので我慢した。 あと、TVはあったが、何も見れなかった。 本当にただ寝るだけだった。

長期滞在には広くてwifi快適。洗濯機もあるので、助かる。近場はカフェや飲食店が多く、また利用したいです。
