Loved everything about our stay!

It’s a beautiful hotel. Right on the beach. Our stay would have been great if we skipped their breakfast. The meals were not what was described on the menus. We ordered three avocado toasts with an regular orange

Room was clean. Staff was courteous and professional. Easy access to beach. Pool area was nice. The food was great. Kids loved the chicken tenders.

Wi-Fi wasn’t working properly. The cleaning of the facility was okay. The restaurant in the hotel is overpriced and food is terrible. There’s hidden additional charges. I paid in full in Expedia and when I checked they wanted to charge me service charge for each day stay. I was upset because they did not disclose and I got no service to be charged for it. I’m confused why they are charging their customers a charge for zero service. The parking is crazy expensive. It’s 35 by the day and constantly requesting tips. By the time I checked out, this added additional $400 that also wasn’t counted for on top of their unexplained service charges. I don’t recommend this hotel. The view was also terrible. The balcony isn’t really a balcony either. It fits barely one chair and a wall is in front of you. I hated this hotel.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for an event at the Tampa Convention Center, and stayed with 5 people in a suite with an oceanfront view. The check-in process was rapid, with the check-in desk being located on the 7th floor, and we did arrive early, so the valet stored all of our luggage in secure storage, which allowed us to go out to Clearwater Beach before the room was ready. We did eat lunch in the restaurant in the hotel, and the front desk staff came and found us in the restaurant to tell us that the room was ready, and to give us keys. The on-site restaurant is very good, and there are multiple other restaurants next to and down the street from the hotel, including the famous Frenchy's right next to the hotel. Clearwater Beach is directly across the street from the Hilton Hiatus, and Pier 60 is a short walk from the hotel. We enjoyed the hotel very much, and the only negative for us was that the entrance off of the driveway is small, with a small hallway and two slow elevators. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Loved the room we had. It was gorgeous . It was very clean. Food in Ocean restaurant was very good. Service for the 2 meals we had was a bit slow however , but did not spoil the experience. The hotel is practically sitting on the beach which is perfect.

Great option if you're looking to stay right on the beach in Clearwater. Only thing I wish is that they had a larger pool area. The pool area is pretty small and got crowded pretty quickly.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Very nice staff. ( maybe a little understaffed) very clean. The only thing that was not the best ...pool was tiny and not alot of chairs. But pool bar area was great and view was amazing.
