So cool, what an amazing experience

One of the most beautiful hotels in Puncak! The service is A++++++ I can't wait to stay at the other Plataran hotel.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, facilities are top notch! Breakfast alfresco at the tea plantation was the highlight of our trip.

The food was delicious, especially the a la carte dinner menu. The staff was friendly and quickly handled all our needs. I'll definitely return to Plataran Puncak. It's just that it's currently undergoing renovations, so it's a bit noisy. Hopefully, after the rooms and facilities are added, everything will be even better. There are also plenty of kids' activities. Highly recommended for a family staycation.

Funtastic experience 👍 all is good

I stayed for two nights and it was a great experience. There was a welcome massage, and a buggy to pick me up and wait for me at Gunung Mas. Probably the best in the Puncak area. The room was spacious and well-designed, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not very tasty and not very kids friendly. I thought this hotel was a quiet hotel without any company events, but on the last day there was an event and it was very noisy and crowded. I chose this hotel because it was quiet and comfortable, but if it was used for company events, it would be uncomfortable. But overall, it was a good experience and a very beautiful hotel. The room was very big and nice, the staff was very friendly.

Good experience from start check-in until check-out. Bring my family to the hotel and they are very happy too. Will definitely come back here again.

The room service is a bit slow, but in terms of professionalism it is very good.
