The location is great, room cleanliness is excellent, the food tastes good too, a little problem on the last 2 days of my stay, the toilet was leaking but I told the reception and they responded promptly so good job for the staffs there. Overall it is a very recommended place to stay in Belitung.

There are no photos, there are only stories, because we were busy going here and there, so staying at DKBelstar felt like just a night's rest. Actually, the service, cleanliness, facilities, were appropriate, staying at DKBelstar makes you sleep soundly but may I have a little note from us, what time is the actual check-in time? Yes, it is impossible for us to ask for an early check-in, because this hotel turned out to be a favorite, busy with visitors, but we should have been able to check in at the latest at 2 pm... although, in the end the hotel staff promised to store our things when the room was ready, and they kept it, I don't know what time the room was ready, because at 2 pm the room was still not ready, we decided to go for a walk first, and return to the hotel again that night. The second note is the security service in the parking lot, lack of initiative... our car wanted to get out, but there was another car that was parked in the wrong position... the security should have helped, don't just stand there watching, that's all, the rest is okay as expected, from me, just those 2 notes
