I always stay at Axon whenever I'm on vacation in Kuala Lumpur. It's strategically located, close to everything, and the hosts are very communicative. It's simply the best.

The apartment is comfortable and close to Pavilion Mall, KLCC, and TRX. Most importantly, it's close by and offers delicious food, especially at Lot 10. The food is varied... It's the best for Bukit Bintang. 🫰

The location is in Bukit Bintang, so it’s super easy to find food and get around. If you’re tired, you can head back to rest and go out again later. The room was clean and the bed was really comfy. Perfect for exploring the city all day.

The check-in process is very easy, everything is made easy and of course it is close to everywhere.

Cannot keep luggage in the lobby after check-out. The policy is that luggage can only be kept when checking in. The staff are not helpful. My flight is at night and I need a place to keep the luggage after checking out.

During my four-night stay, my room has never been cleaned. The towels and trash smell. I still have two more nights to stay. I've tried contacting them to have my room cleaned, but there's been no response. What's clear is...

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Pavilion Bukit Bintang. There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby. The rooms are very clean. Axon's staff was very helpful, but the receptionist was less than friendly.

Very good. I recommend it for families. The prices are also affordable. It's close to the city, very busy. Finding food is easy.
