The comfort and cleanliness of the room was good, only they forgot to give soap, there was an event going on with other guests in the hall next door, it was very noisy until around 12 midnight, the swimming pool was very dirty

Great! I was looking for a hotel at night to go to Puncak and found this one. The room was quite nice. The parking lot is also spacious.

So far the room is neat, spacious, clean, very comfortable, the hotel area is also very cool, nice and comfortable, the only downside is when ordering food, the price is quite high but the taste is just so-so, then when ordering fried rice it feels like eating porridge, there are no towels.

Awesome, the access is also close to the main road, I like it quiet 🫰🏻 even though we stayed overnight and immediately looked for it on the app, the room was clean and comfortable powlll, when we registered at the receptionist they were really fast because we had already paid via the app, gosh, halal staycation😜 those who are not halal, don't, I'll be home at 9 pm wkwkwkwk

The room is okay, only the breakfast is missing and the swimming pool is not suitable for children and is a bit dirty.

Strategically located close to several tourist attractions, food, and other essential amenities. The hotel is new, with comfortable, clean, and fragrant rooms. The service is excellent, and the view is a bonus. Because this is a lodging complex with villas and a hotel, ample parking is available for vehicles.

There is no package with breakfast, but it's nice to be free to come and go, what I like about UV4 is that it has an electric massage.

Standard Bathroom Smells of Pee. Then I moved to an upgraded room and the pillowcases were itchy as if they hadn't been changed.

Didn't have time to take a picture of the room but this hotel is clean and very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, there is a smart TV and friendly staff, the location is in an alley but can be entered by car and is safe, the only thing lacking is 1, the AC is not cold enough and the Wi-Fi signal is unstable. Keep maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance. Thank you.

It is indeed appropriate that this hotel was given a rating of 9 by the app. The first time staying at the hotel, it was really clean from the room to the bathroom. It smells good, the staff is friendly, and there is already a smart TV. It will definitely be a subscription if I go to Puncak. The price is also cheap.

The place is comfortable, clean, the rooms are quite spacious, there is a mini soccer field in front of the hotel lobby so the kids can have fun playing soccer there. With a fairly cheap room price, this is really good.

The water heater is not working properly.
