This hotel has declined to refund or reschedule my reservation despite an issue with my trip related to the conflict in the Middle East. I was unable to obtain my visa or travel on time, yet the hotel has indicated no possibility of assisting their guest. This is an extraordinary global situation, and the impact on travel dates due to war is beyond individual control. I find this policy to be inconsistent with what I would expect from a five-star establishment.

Everything nice, the hospitality of the staff and hotel was beautiful (room was clean and spacious, free shuttle to and from MRT station, breakfast was good).

Room very nice and clean. Facility hotel is good. Serve more water for drink. But the location quite far from MRT, and very traffic.

I arrived early and the hotel let me to check in early since there were room that's already cleaned. The room is big, the bathroom is great! I loved staying there. The staff are nice and helpful. It is only a small walk to the MRT station and a bts station and also airport link! The area surrounds it were not too crowded, which I like. It is great and safe for families with children.

Amazing hotel. It has fresh new interior and exterior, and great service too. The rooms are very modern and large . And the bed is very comfy we only stayed for two nights, but had planned to stay here again for next trip.
