Really like the hotel and the facilities are very good!!

I was only transiting at this hotel because it was quite close to the station. However, the room type I chose was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. However, the staff was very kind, willing to carry my luggage from the ground floor to the top floor and vice versa. The room was quite spacious, with a connecting door. The bathroom was not very clean, with some toothpicks remaining, not sure what they were for. The flush toilet also didn't flush properly, so it smelled of urine. Hopefully, Hotel Plum will improve in the future, thank you.

The location is close to everywhere, the rooms are spacious and if you stay more than 1 day, they are still cleaned.

My first stay here was a pleasant experience. The location is not too far from Malioboro, but also not too far from the main road, so there's no traffic noise. The room is large and comfortable, equipped with a smart TV connected to the hotel account, so you can easily watch Netflix and other content. Just a small correction: the bathroom in room 303 had a slightly clogged drain, causing a slight flooding. Otherwise, it's not bad. I recommend others to stay here.

The location is strategic, with several tourist attractions within walking distance. The staff is friendly, vehicles are available for rent, and laundry services are available, as are clean rooms.

I initially booked on a whim, but it turned out to be a nice and aesthetically pleasing hotel. I didn't expect the room to be so spacious. It's only 5 minutes from the 0 km point and close to the hustle and bustle. Unfortunately, the room next to mine was noisy and very audible from my room. This is probably because the hotel is a connecting room. Even checking in at 10 pm was no problem, and I didn't incur any fines. The staff were very friendly and provided me with all the information about the hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the check-in/out process was very easy. I had a quick swim before checking out, and the pool was clean. I also didn't ask for cleaning when I left the hotel for a while on the second day, but when I returned, the hotel was clean and the towels were replaced with new ones. The toilet and room were also very clean, and the hot water worked well. I was very impressed and will come back here again. Thank you 🙏
