The Wi-Fi is not working at all, complained to the staff and they can't do anything. The bed is so hard and makes my body sore and causes back pain.

The accommodation is good, but it's not very clean. The floor was still wet when we entered, and there were stains on the mattress.

There were no tissues or ashtrays. The atmosphere was more like a boarding house, with people walking in front of our room being heard loudly.

Very uncomfortable. No water, waiting for water from 7 am to 10 am. After 2 hours, they were told to use another bathroom but the water was very hot, it couldn't be used. At around 11 am, the water finally came out but it was black like in the picture. Because I checked in late at night, I didn't check the mattress, it turned out the sheets were torn and dull. Not as good as before, it wasn't well maintained. The AC wasn't working, the floor of the room was oily, probably because the mop was dirty but it was mopped anyway that's why it was oily. The wifi was also broken, they said. There were a lot of people in the room, but there was no water. So it was a waste of time, very uncomfortable.

The facilities don't match the price paid, the TV is dead, there's no Wi-Fi, they say it's broken, but it took so long to break down, fix it, why only the price is increased but the facilities are reduced, my suggestion is to fix it as soon as possible rather than all the customers running away, thank you

For yesterday's stay I was very disappointed because the room smelled musty, the white sheets were very dull and torn, the pillows smelled bad, the iron mattress was sticking out and pricking, in the morning the water was very cloudy and had black sand, the bathroom floor also had black sand because of the cloudy water, the bathroom when I first entered smelled like socks, 30 minutes before checking out my room was knocked on by the maid asking me whether I wanted to continue staying or check out, even though I had replied to my WA that I wanted to check out and was preparing for a while. Previously I always liked staying here because the price was very affordable. Is it because the price is cheap that the quality of cleanliness and service is reduced?

For a price under 150, this hotel is quite recommended. The room is quite spacious, about 3x3, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean, there is a water heater, there are amenities (drinking water, hangers, cupboard, TV, soap & toothbrush). Suggestions for sheets & bed covers that are damaged or have stains do not use them again, because yesterday I complained that there was a dirty bed cover so the room boy replaced it with a new one.
