The resort is clean, well-maintained, lots of activities for kids, stayed in the Bolon house type, the room was clean, there are 2 bathrooms, there is a balcony for a nice coffee while enjoying the mist 😀, the kids were happy, because they could swim and feed the deer, the distance between each villa type is quite far, so it's not noisy, the breakfast is also delicious, the only minus is 1, it's really hot during the day, and the AC in the room is not cold enough, it only gets a bit cold after 10 PM. I had complained about the AC problem because it was really hot, but maybe it was because the weather was hot during the day, it was cold again at night, but unfortunately I had sent a WhatsApp message but no technician/hotel staff came, payment at the restaurant was only cash, it was a shame even though the world is so advanced, finally I sent a WhatsApp message on Google and was able to make QRIS payments at the reception desk, with such a large area the restaurant/breakfast place was not spacious enough so during long holidays it was crowded during breakfast, the swimming pool was also not big enough, the rest was okay...

It will be a monthly trip agenda to come here, I think.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the building seems new. The staff are all friendly, and there are plenty of activities for kids. Unfortunately, the avocados aren't in season yet, so they can't be purchased yet. Definitely recommended.

Ngariung Nature Resort is that beautiful and great. Complete facilities, there are many playgrounds, swimming pool, mini zoo, Pachira Lake, there are buggy cars too, jogging track, restaurant until night, the view is very beautiful, the resort area is very clean, there are other activities too, ATV, archery, fishing, etc. I stayed in the Bolon room, the room was very nice and clean, 3 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, all of them have water heaters, there are smart TVs, prayer mats, complete toilets, the view from the balcony is really good, very comfortable 🫶🏻✨️ hopefully I can go back there again ✨️

The restaurant is terrible when it's full, not anticipated by the resort, come on, it can definitely be better.

The place is nice, the atmosphere is comfortable... but the food is expensive.

Access to the hotel is safe. Arriving at the location to check in too early, so waiting first in a hut near the lake. There are fishing facilities, the price is still affordable. For other rides like ATVs are too expensive with a short track. I took the Imah Sunda room. The room is large, there is a balcony that has a view of the lake. There are 2 bathrooms, only 1 bathroom, the sink faucet is broken, needs to be replaced, not just plugged. My room was also full of ants. I was really surprised, from the walls to the pillows and mattress. A bit scared because I brought a baby. Reported to the CS, the response was fast, immediately given Baygon spray. But didn't use it because there was a baby. For the breakfast menu, there are many choices. This is really good. Because the distance from one place to another is quite far, so we used the buggy car facility. If you want to ride the buggy car, you have to WA or wait for it to pass. In my opinion, the place is very hot, the afternoon towards evening the air is cold because it has rained. If I were to rate it, 7.5/10.

Comfortable and beautiful, great, next time I will come here again

It was a pleasant stay. The scenery is soothing to the eyes because of the many trees. We stayed in the Bolon type Serawai room. The room is quite spacious, there are 3 queen-sized beds, 2 bathrooms, complete amenities. The kids can feed the deer and sheep, and play in the playground. We can also fish in the small lake, near the swimming pool. Fun because it's easy to catch fish 😁. Breakfast is standard, needs to be improved in variety and taste. The menu in the restaurant needs to be improved. When we ordered many menus were empty, for example rendang, ribs, etc. The tom yam also needs to be upgraded in terms of filling and taste. The terrain is not very friendly for seniors because the road is uphill and there are many stairs, but there is a shuttle car that is quite helpful in mobilizing so that it is not too tiring walking.

A cool place with beautiful natural views. The staff is also kind and friendly. I just think there needs to be more lighting at the entrance and exit at night to make it less dark.

I stayed with my extended family and brought my parents, who have difficulty walking. Luckily, Alam Ngariung has a room type that allows parking directly in front of the room, making it easy for my parents to reach the room. Likewise, the restaurant is accessible by private vehicle or the resort's shuttle service. This makes it incredibly convenient for those traveling with parents who have difficulty walking. Furthermore, the shuttle drivers are very friendly and willing to take us around.

In short, I was very satisfied with my holiday here, safe and cool.

Not far from Jakarta, without traffic jams, clean, comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. What was most impressive was when we went to the pool area, after it had rained, a staff member ran towards us with a rag, and wiped down the area where we were going to sit. And when we needed something, the hotel staff was also very helpful, thank you very much.

The place is nice, very shady with trees. We took a bolon house and thought it was 1 house for all of us, but it turned out there were upstairs and downstairs rooms from different families. The swimming pool is not big enough but it is beautiful.
