Glamourous foyer, but the room and eating area is basic. Bathroom towels were old with large holes in them.

very trible place..internet was very weak and frequently disconect..breakfast was very bad and basic..with old.dirty and used materials !..(insted butter they formed and serve margarin like folk butter !)..the water cut for sevral houres tow days ..

Convenient location nice staff. Wired washbasin hard to clean. Slow drainage.

A nice place to stay in the centre of town. Breakfast was good although someone served it to you rather than self-service due to Covid. Room key kept malfunctioning. Room was clean with all the facilities needed and size was spacious. Overall recommended.

The room was beautiful. Water pressure was a bit hit and miss, but we were staying on the top floor.

Ocusionaly, other person can open my door with his key. It happend at night and i was scared. And several time i couldn't open my door, i had to ask reception to fixed my card. They should fix lock system.

Merkezde bir otel ancak illa merkezde kalırım diyorsanız elite world’e gidin.

Oda bakımsız, havasız ve eskiydi. Pencere apartman boşluğunu görüyordu çok havasız ve kapalı hissettim. Aynı zamanda tatil dönüşü böcek ısırmaları farkettik, tahatakurusu vb bir şey olabilir. Ortalamanın üstünde bir yer olsun diye tercih ettik ama tren yolculuğu bile daha konforluydu.Turizm sezonu olmamasına rağmen bize en kötü odalardan birini verdiler sanırım.

Günden güne kötüye gidiyor hizmet temizlik her şey bayağı kötü.

Güler yüzlü ilgili personelleri sayesinde çok güzel bir konaklama geçirdik

Lokasyon olarak çok güzel her yere rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Özellikle çalışanlar son derece yardımsever ve çalışkanlar. Ancak bazı önemli sıkıntılar var otel ile ilgili. Öncelikle tuvaletten sürekli koku geliyor. O kadar rahatsız ediciydi ki tuvaletin kapısını kapatmadan odada durmak mümkün dğeil. Ek olarak Wi-Fi çalışmıyor. Özle olarak personel Wi-Fi şifresi talep etmeniz gerek. Ve maalesef kahvaltı bu standartlarda bir otel için en iyi şekilde vasat olarak nitelendirilebilir. Bir de odalardaki her ses her şekilde duyuluyor. Otel tatili amaçlamadığımız ve sadece uyumaya otele girdiğimiz halde tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimizi sanmıyorum

Our stay in Reform was really enjoyable, far more better than we expected. There were some hassle in checking in, the reservation made by Hotels.com was not easily be found.

la stanza era pulita ma non insonorizzata. Abbiamo sentito tutti i rumori di Una famiglia nella camera di fronte. il tasto dello sciacquone era rotto e non potevamo tirare l’acqua nel wc. La colazione era veramente scarsa, sul profilo dell’albergo veniva indicato parcheggio gratuito compreso ma non c’era alcun parcheggio in albergo.

The hotel lobby is beautifully painted and decorated. The rooms are big and posh. Probably one of the most economic hotels in Van City.
