I stayed on a weekend, it turned out that this hotel was very crowded with children, when I arrived the front parking lot was full, the basement was full, finally I was directed by the staff to park inside the housing complex, precisely behind the hotel.. The walk to the lobby was quite good too huh... The check-in process was fast, got 2 access cards, there are 3 elevators and use the access card to go upstairs... There are 19 floors in total... Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, complete amenities, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom, a mini fridge... The children's swimming pool is 40 cm deep, adults 140 cm... Breakfast has quite a lot of choices but in my opinion it needs to be improved, you can borrow towels if you want to swim, there are many kids activities, some are free and some are paid... At night there is a kids movie, the room is not soundproof, there is a tap for ablution, children aged 6 years and above are charged 75 thousand for breakfast even though my child only eats very little for breakfast, maybe those aged 10 years and above should be charged... Around the hotel there are many food and drink vendors maybe because it is next to Ciawi Regional Hospital so the atmosphere is busy.. The check-out process was fast, but when we wanted to go down To check out, it took quite a long time to get into the elevator because it was always full even though there were 3 elevators, maybe because there were a lot of guests that day so there was a queue... The swimming pool water was cold...

What a wonderful staycation! Our random choice, looking for a kid-friendly hotel, turned out to be that great. The clean, spacious, and comfortable room, along with the various amenities provided by Nemuru, were perfect for our needs. Luckily, we were staying with a toddler who was running around like crazy. We also received a free room upgrade, thanks to Mas Dede for ensuring a smooth check-in. We will definitely stay again.

This hotel is very kid-friendly on weekends, with plenty of fun activities for kids to do. Breakfast is great, especially when it's right next to the pool, so you can eat while swimming, especially outdoors. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel smells clean and fragrant. The staff are also friendly. I highly recommend coming back here again.

The hotel has a variety of activities for kids, and I think it is a good family-friendly hotel. Unfortunately, with the hotel at 90 percent occupancy, it does not match with the area of the swimming pool that makes the pool over-cramped. We are here for a family holiday, we understand with the price that we paid, we do not expect 5-star facilities and service. However, I think the hotel should consider enlarging the swimming pool area. The hotel capacity is large, and the pool definitely can't accommodate enough people in the swimming pool. The breakfast has enough variety. The quality and the taste are standard. Some dishes are too salty for our family tastebuds. I think the hotel should consider adding more staff at the egg station and other stations when the occupancy is high. With so many people eating breakfast, the waiters are not cleaning up fast and replenishing fast too. Waiting a super long time for the egg station. The reception has a long line too. Waiting for checking in takes a long time; however, the check out was a breeze.
