Please provide faster and more stable Wi-Fi internet and TV for entertainment equipped with cable TV.

The pillows and blankets smelled, perhaps the foam inside the pillows and blankets already smelled, so even changing the covers still smelled. There was no bath mat on the second day. Breakfast was a boxed meal, not commensurate with the 600,000 Rupiah/night price. When I wanted to check out, there was no receptionist, even though I wanted to go to the airport and get a deposit. The room was full of mosquitoes.

When I stayed, I chose a non-smoking room because I happen to be a non-smoker, but it seems there was a problem with the exhaust fan in the toilet, because suddenly in the afternoon, my room smelled very strong cigarette smell, and after I investigated, it turned out that the cigarette smell came from the bathroom exhaust fan. I have reported it to the staff but the hotel staff could not do much and only sprayed air freshener into my room. I really could not enjoy my overnight experience in this place because the pungent and disturbing cigarette smell in the room until my eyes hurt and my throat felt dry.

The place is very comfortable and you don't have to tap the door to remind you to check out. Unfortunately, the breakfast menu doesn't include cereal for children. Hopefully, the breakfast menu will be more developed 🫶🏻

The sheets were so dirty that I didn't dare open the blanket or use the pillows. The floor was also very dirty. Traveloka doesn't deserve the highest rating.

The rooms are spacious, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is also very delicious.
