A pleasant location, nestled among rice paddies, with unique and impressive room designs, but the air isn't particularly cool. The food is mediocre.

Good service. Clean room, clean bathroom. Breakfast menu is okay.

The room on the 2nd floor has no electrical sockets, the room is narrow, there are no clothes hangers.

The road to Asmaraloka is not so pleasant.

The room is clean, the service is also okay, fast in helping. It's just because it's high season if ordering food to the room is a bit slow. Just a suggestion in the upper room, provide a power outlet for the charger. The bathroom is clean and complete, the water heater works well. Just a suggestion to be more limited and tightened for non-customers who enter the glamping direction, because when I'm playing rides or going to the restaurant, I don't lock the room when I return to the room, many people who are not glamping customers enter the area. The rest is really good, I stayed 2 nights very comfortably, the morning air and the view are really great.

Room is okay, clean, comfortable, cool. Bathroom is clean, spacious. Peaceful, comfortable, top environment. Suggestion: provide power outlets on the 2nd floor.

Suitable for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast food, although only 1 type, chicken soto, still tastes delicious.

The food is lacking. Because it's the fasting month, I couldn't order a la carte dinner. I was "forced" to order the buffet for breaking the fast 😅

Previously I apologize if I gave a bad score for the experience of staying at the Asmaraloka villa, but this is for the progress of the Asmaraloka villa. For the view, the concept of the villa, is good, but in terms of supporting services is very lacking. 1. Electricity from check in has often gone out, 2. The room is leaking. 3. Electricity in the early morning at 02:00 - 09:00, 4. When the electricity goes out in the early morning, the receptionist cannot be contacted, after checking the cafe where check in, there is indeed no receptionist. While in the apps there is information about a 24-hour reception. For the cafe, the service is less pleasant. Around after Isha we ordered food, then a waiter delivered drinks and we confirmed that there was not enough food, the waiter answered "Okay", but almost 60 minutes the food did not come, after asking again, the employees who were working were all confused and it turned out that the food had not been made.

Nice place and nice experience

- nice view - clean villa, clean toilet - complete facilities - sockets everywhere - umbrellas available during the rainy season in each room - beautiful atmosphere with the sound of the gurgling river - at that time the AC in the room was broken and I was upgraded to a premier (thank you very much for the policy and responsibility, it deserves to be appreciated)
