I understand this is a budget hotel, but the room was disgusting with old and damaged materials. The room had dirty floors that included long hairs and dust bunnies. The sheets also had long hairs. The vinyl flooring was peeling away from the walls and included gross gaps where dust and dirt collected.

It was easy quick and good The room was not large but was a good size and value for money

No complaints! Staff was quick to switch us to a bigger room when we notified them that our assigned room wasn’t clean/ready, Frederick was very attentive and room was comfortable and had what we needed. Perfect location to old town.

I was here for a couple of nights as it is well priced for a central hotel in Aachen in December. Its an Ibis Budget, so no frills, but shower was good, bed was comfortable. Yes, they are a little rough around the edges, but for the price, its good value. My only resrvation is that the local area is not brilliant - its near the bus station so quite busy, lots of kebab shops etc., but 10 minutes walk and you are in the CBD.

Nothing special no live human being for check-in unable to drop my bags off so I could walk around the City in general they just take your money and stick you in a room.

Automated check in. Nowhere to park, contrary to info on Hotels.com. When the reception was manned, the person was rude and disinterested.

A good stay. Mini fridge would be nice for travellers. Self check in was good, tho others seemed to have problems. Staff was friendly and responsive. our price through expedia came in much higher than listed prices. Overall good for what it is.

Acceptable for the budget price. Don’t expect a lot and you’ll be satisfied.

Great value budget hotel. Close to sights and train and bus station. Room is basic but big enough and has a good shower. Breakfast is contineand sets you up for the day. The only issue i had was not knowing that nobody in reception until 1700 after 11am. Self check in from 1500-1700 so ensure you have the reservation code as i had to contact hotels.com to obtain whilst holding up the self check in queue

Staff was helpful during the hours they are open. Had a bit of trouble checking in late but figured it out, kind of like the self checkin option.
