Good hotel. Needs more improvement because ggo enough never is.

The check out experience was bad. We had to wait for 45 mins for the bell boy to take the luggage and unless i came down and told them 6 times it did not happen. The restaurant staff and service is very good. Food is good. Rooms are small. AC temperature can't be regulated and remains very cold through the night.

Everything is fantastic in this property. There are a few shortcomings at the edges but the hotel staff are quickly adapting. Great clean rooms, clean property, awesome breakfast. Will visit and highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at the Ibis in Mysore. My room was very comfortable and they came through for me in a time of need. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. I highly recommend it if you’re in the area.

The property was great, rooms had great decor and cleanliness was top notch. The room service was incredibly pathetic although. I had ordered something for in room dining and it took them more than an hour. I had to ultimately cancel the order.

We spent 4 nights here and found the food, and comfort of the room, excellent. But what set this hotel apart from others I have been to in India are the staff, from the management down who without exception go out of their way to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. A special shout out to Kasturi for looking after us so well. Also the hotel offers Tuktuk tours of Mysore and surrounding area. The driver and guide Javed with his 22 years experience was excellent taking us round the well known, but even better, the less well known places in and around the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mysore.

The hotel is new, clean and gorgeous. The rooms are lovely and quiet. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I ordered a bunch of room service foods which were well presented but just okay.

Klimzugstange und mehr Hantel) Großer nerviger Knackpunkt, Abluft ist so laut, das schlafen fast nur mit Ohropscks möglich war. Zur Info: Zimmer nach vorne sind zur Straße. Internet gut, Service gut.
